By focusing on this critical age group, we aim to intervene during formative years, equipping youth with resilience, confidence, and pathways to long‑term success.

Moving Forward Homes 4 Youth anticipates serving between 20 and 120 individuals annually. While the numbers reflect our capacity, each youth represents a unique journey of transformation. Moving Forward Homes 4 Youth is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health evaluation, assessment, treatment, and mentorship services to at‑risk teens in non‑residential settings. Our programs are designed to strengthen the overall mental health and emotional well‑being of youth while supporting their rehabilitation and transition into independence. Recognizing that homelessness and instability often compound mental health challenges, we also deliver a wide array of emergency services to ensure immediate safety and stabilization for vulnerable youth in crisis.

Our focus is on adolescents who exhibit moderate behavioral, neurobiological, psychological, social, or emotional challenges. These young people represent a population at heightened risk of disengagement from school, family, and community supports. By intervening early and consistently, we provide structured pathways that help youth build resilience, develop coping strategies, and access the resources necessary to thrive. Each service is trauma‑informed and culturally responsive, ensuring that care is tailored to the unique needs of every individual we serve.
