Our staff consist of an Administrator, Head of Service, HR Manager, Behavioral Health Clinical Director / Treatment Team Coordinator, Psychiatrist, Clinical Therapist, Residential Supervisor, Facility Manager, Youth Counselors, Activity Liaison, and Wrap Around Specialist.

Volunteers for MFH4Y are compassionate individuals who are committed to supporting our clients through healing and growth. They might include college students studying psychology, social work, or education who want hands-on experience; retired professionals such as teachers, nurses, or counselors who have a heart for giving back; faith and community members who feel called to serve vulnerable youth; and even parents or caregivers who understand the importance of trauma-informed care.
